Community Meeting: HSH’s Proposed Project at 888 Post St.

The Department of Homelessness & Supportive Housing (HSH) is proposing to open a Health and Wellness center in the first floor of the property at 888 Post. This program will provide health and wellness services to young adults ages 18 to 24 that are at risk of and experiencing homelessness. Please join HSH for a meeting to discuss this proposed project.
